Eset Home. Haven’t tried it myself (probably will when my NAV subscription expires) but several experts recommend NOD32.
Feeding America – The Historic American Cookbook Project. For example: The American Woman’s Home: or, Principles of Domestic Science…, by Catharine Beecher and Harriet Beecher Stowe, published in 1869. In various cookbooks, you’ll find receipes for Apple Souffle (1889), Stuffed Peppers (1891), and Rice Pudding (1798).

It’s a sad fact of life that people can and do put spyware on our systems that capture what we type. Essentially, these people are spying on us.
